MobileTime successfully replicates essential functionalities from the GBS time entry system, enabling users to complete their timecards while on the move—whether on the road, in the office, or out in the field. Notable features include:

• Comprehensive options to complete, copy, or review timecards.
• The ability to save a default timecard as a favorite for quick access.
• Offline entry capabilities that allow users to add timecard entries and submit them once connectivity is restored.
• A straightforward text search function to locate projects without needing to memorize project codes.
• Two-way synchronization that ensures GBS and MobileTime maintain updated and consistent information across both platforms.
• Approval notifications for timecards that can be acted upon directly from mobile devices.
• Adherence to existing GBS time entry controls, including restrictions on project and task transactions, as well as stipulated minimum and maximum timecard hours.
• Support for delegation rules established in GBS for approving timecards.
